Tug Weld Manufacturing tote dumpers are suitable for any application in which bulk material from a tote needs to be automatically metered to a process.

The dumper assembly can be arranged to accommodate any size tote or container and is easily loaded by a fork truck or pallet jack.  A heavy duty onboard hydraulic power pack is furnished for tote carriage rotation and dumping.  

For IQF products, a unique cluster buster is available to ensure consistent product flow and gently break up any agglomerated product.  The entire system is constructed of stainless steel for total resistance to wash down.

Position #1 - Dumper empty ready for tote to be introduced.
Position #2 - Tote loaded and secured with side rails for horizontal control.
Position #3 - Tote raised to sealed position on hopper, ready for dump cycle activation.
Position #4 - Dumper activated and beginning dump cycle - tote secured in all directions.
Position #5 - Dumper mid way through dump cycle - gate on valve hopper closed.
Position #6 - Dumper fully extended with sealed tote angle at 150° and hopper vertical ready for discharge of material.
